1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms“) govern your use of the website and the purchase of products from Classic Gamer (“we“, “us“, or “our“). By placing an order you confirm that you accept these Terms.

3. Definitions

“Buyer” / “You” means any person who purchases goods from our website. “Goods” means products sold through the website. “Order” means your order for Goods placed through the site.

4. Placing an order

When you place an Order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your Order. This does not mean your Order has been accepted — acceptance occurs when we send a second email confirming dispatch. If we are unable to supply an item we will inform you and offer either a replacement, a refund, or a backorder option.

5. Price & Payment

Prices on the site are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices but price changes will not affect Orders already accepted. Payment is taken via the gateway displayed at checkout. We will not dispatch until payment has been processed successfully.

6. Product condition, grading & descriptions

We describe product condition using our grading system — please refer to our Condition Grading Guide for details. Photographs are representative: while we try to show the exact item, slight variations (lighting, display) may occur. If an item’s condition differs materially from the listing we will contact you to agree next steps.

7. Delivery & risk

We dispatch orders using the selected courier method at checkout. Risk in the Goods passes to you on delivery. Delivery times quoted are estimates — delays can occur; if a delay is prolonged we will notify you and offer options.

8. Returns & refunds

Our Returns policy applies. For non-faulty items returned under change of mind please see the Returns & Refunds page. For items that are faulty or significantly not as described we will offer a refund, repair or replacement as appropriate.

9. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. If the item has already been dispatched you must follow the Returns process. Orders for bespoke or personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

10. Account, passwords and security

If you create an account you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos) is owned by us or used under licence. You may not reproduce content without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from an Order is limited to the purchase price paid for the particular Goods. We accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and for fraud. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

13. Consumer rights

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. For example, if Goods are faulty, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

14. Third-party platforms (e.g. eBay)

Where we list stock on third-party marketplaces some listings may be multi-listings or variations. Stock quantities and pricing may vary between platforms. If you purchase an item via a third-party marketplace, the terms of that marketplace will also apply — but our Returns and customer service process still applies when you purchase via classicgamer.co.uk.

15. Variation

We may update these Terms from time to time — the version on the website is the current version. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.

17. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law and the courts of England & Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction (or Northern Irish / Scottish courts where appropriate).
