Returns & Refunds
Simple 14-day returns. Collector-standard grading. Buy with confidence.
At Classic Gamer we take pride in the condition of every title we sell. Each item is individually inspected and carefully graded before it leaves us. If something isn’t right — or you simply change your mind — here’s our easy returns process.
1. Change of Mind (14-Day Returns)
If you decide you no longer want your item, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.
- Email us at tradeaccount@tutanota.com with your order number and that you wish to return the item.
- We will reply with the returns address and instructions.
- You then have 14 days to post the item back to us.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
2. Condition of Returned Items
Because we specialise in collector-quality stock, returned items must:
- Be in the same condition they were sent
- Show no signs of use, damage, or part replacement
- Include original cases, inserts, manuals and packaging
If an item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the diminished value. We will notify you before reducing any refund.
3. Sealed Items (Future Stock)
If we offer factory-sealed items in future: once a sealed game has been opened it cannot be returned unless it is faulty. We will make this clear on the product page if/when we sell sealed items.
4. Faulty or Not as Described
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from its description:
- Email tradeaccount@tutanota.com immediately with your order number and photos where possible.
- We will provide return instructions and cover return postage for genuinely faulty or misdescribed items.
Under UK consumer law you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. If you notify us within 30 days of delivery, you may choose a refund where a fault is confirmed. Where possible we will offer a replacement; if one is not available we will issue a refund.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will issue your refund within 3–5 working days. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to show the refund on your statement.
6. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different title, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Returns Address
Please contact us before sending any returns. We will provide the correct returns address by email. Do not send returns without prior contact as this may delay processing or risk loss of the parcel.
